 I went to see Dr. Ben as a last resort. It was my last ditch effort to avoid going under the knife again with my bum ankle. It was getting to the point I could hardly walk. You see, I’ve been to a lot of therapy for my ankle over the years. It was always the same song and dance, and I finished my sessions not feeling much better than when I started. Ben is different. He had me doing things I’ve never heard of much less tried. He’s not just a physical therapist though. He’s like a life guru who has tips for just about anything you need. Before working with Ben I was having extreme tightness in my lower back and even some in my middle back pretty much every day after Jiu jitsu and any lower body workout (squats/deadlifts/etc). After just about two months of a mixture of release techniques, mobility movements / stretches and corrective exercises I was able to return fully to Jiu Jitsu rolling just as hard as before my initial injury. I’m back to building up my squat and deadlift and just about 100% again. The best thing about working with Ben is the 1 on 1 time and plan specific to your case. I’ve been to other physical therapy places in the past where they’re working with 3-4 people and you hardly have their focus. And typically just prescribing you exercises you could have found with a Google search and you’ve likely already tried.

Dr. Ben has helped me in so many ways. I have migraines and he used dry needling to loosen up the muscles in my neck and shoulders. It made a huge difference! His knowledge and expertise in the field of physical therapy and body building is remarkable. He is very personable and really talks to you about your goals and sets up a program to meet those goals. He is always available for questions and concerns! I would recommend Dr. Ben to anyone who is dealing with pain or is serious about starting a weight lifting program. He has really been a positive influence in my life!

Thank you so much Dr. Ben for helping my daughter recover from her quad injury. Within one session her injury was much improved and after six sessions she is fully recovered. Thank you also for teaching her exercises to strengthen and stretches to do before and after games to prevent future injuries. You are a pleasure to work with and my daughter always felt at ease with you.

Prior to working with Ben I was consistently injuring myself performing exercises like the deadlift, squat and bench press which would leave me frustrated and unable to train for weeks at a time. Fast forward several weeks and visits later he’s got me dialed in and training again without pain or injury. Ask yourself do you want to pay a trainer to just beat you up and leave you sore or have a professional help you to fix your movement patterns all together?
